Warranty from ICOOLA: everything you need to know about warranty service

First of all, we would like to THANK you very much for choosing one of the best companies in the field of service and sales of original Apple devices in the Germany. We provide a 12-month warranty on all our equipment because we are sure it will work for a long time.

Defects not covered by warranty:

  • If the device malfunction was caused by careless handling, improper use, or in violation of the terms and conditions of operation.
  • If device malfunctions are caused by foreign objects. Or in the case of direct mechanical forces or under the influence of chemical, thermal or physical influences;
  • If device malfunctions are caused by contacting another service center or attempting to open a self-help device
  • The presence of mechanical or thermal damage to the device or its components: (scratches, dents, cracks);
  • Absence or damage to equipment with special markings (serial number, model name, etc.);
  • Damage is caused by natural disasters or other household factors;
  • Damage caused by external factors, improper connection to the power source or other cases.


ICOOLA warranty does not cover accessories and battery. It is important to clarify that the charger and batteries are not covered by warranty replacement, all devices go through a 3-level inspection system to prevent failure before being sent to the customer. Quite often, customers charge their devices in a car, train, etc., ignoring traffic rules, and in such cases the battery failure is not our fault.

The seller disclaims responsibility (i.e. does not pay compensation) for possible damage to the device by people, pets, if the damage occurred due to non-compliance with the rules of use.

We are always happy to help you and understand that you want to buy quality equipment. Whatever happens with your device, contact us and we will agree with you on the next procedure. If the defect is caused by our fault, it will of course be handled free of charge.
